Victorian Mariah
This Custom Victorian Playhouse measures 10'W x 15'D x 14' high with turret (top of the house without turret measures 10'6" H); The exterior was painted in 5 custom colors chosen by the owners. Some of the features in this playhouse include: Victorian window flower boxes, hand crafted Dutch door w/pie rail and Victorian oval window. The turret along with the windows and door all have wood deco accents. Complete with electricity, working doorbell and recessed lighting in the 3' wrap around porch and inside turret. Wrap around porch is spindled and has a double porch swing. The upholstered sofa, chair and ottoman were purchased by the customer in the fabric they selected. You can find our upholstered furniture on our furniture page.  Combined with a Windsor Table and Chair set and custom made end table to match, this playhouse can make any child's dream come true. The interior is insulated, taped and and painted w/ Victorian trim and chair rail. There is also an extra large loft for sleeping that holds a twin size mattress. The flooring is pine hardwood. The Oval Window Dutch Door has a pie rail and keyed entry lock so your little one can carry their own keys to their new little home. Notice the size of the double porch swing. This fits two children comfortably. This is a great place for your child to spend time on the porch with a friend. Here is the little owner in her window seat in the turret. Under her seat she will find a great place to store all of her favorite toys and dolls. You can see how happy she is with her new little house.  The middle window in her turret is operational for those hot summer days. She also enjoys her view over her beautiful backyard.
