It measures 6Wx10Dx9'6H. The Pre-Built kit comes painted in any Color Package. The Victorian Sweet Petite in our color Package A with a cedar shingled roof, Two Finials (not shown), Dutch entry Door with Brass mail slot, 4 operational windows with screens, 2 pair of pre-built shutters, 3 pre-built planter boxes and doorbell. The interior is finished in white with simulated hardwood floors, loft with headboard and ladder, and an operational skylight. The spindled Victorian porch comes standard on this Sweet Petite.  The Pre-Built Kit arrives in sections with the door and windows pre-hung. A wonderful family project that is easily finished in a weekend. We urge you to shop around.
