The Sweet Petite Cape Cod is one of our larger Pre-Built Kits. It measures 8'Wx6'Dx9'H. The Pre-Built kit comes painted our Color Package A. As shown with upgraded cedar shingled roof, Dutch entry Door with Brass mail slot, 6 operational windows with screens, 2 pair of pre-built shutters, 2 pre-built planter boxes and doorbell. The interior is finished in white with simulated hardwood floors, loft with headboard and ladder, and an operational skylight. There is also an optional 8'Wx3'D cedar deck that can be purchased at an additional cost that is complete with a Pine spindled railing painted in white. There is also the option of adding on an additional room or garage (as shown below)! What a great place to park the bikes and riding toys. You could also consider the extra room as a kitchen or crafting area. The Pre-Built Kit arrives in sections with the door and windows pre-hung. A wonderful family project that is easily finished in a weekend. We urge you to shop around.
