Our Main House Replicas line of Custom Playhouses defines the "Custom" in our name. When our business first began we set out to create playhouses that would fit the needs of the families we built them for. We found many designs that we not tall enough and many not versatile enough for practical family use after the "playing" was over. Our Replicas were designed for specific customers that wanted playhouses for their children but had covenants that did not allow them to order just any playhouse. Many covenants required the structure to look similar to the main house including using the same materials to build and finish the playhouse. Other customers have had playhouses build as replicas of their own house simply because of the character of their home. We have also had requests to build replicas of other buildings as well. This is how the Replicas began. |
