It was built based on the Victorian Anna design including the loft over the porch. Although the Victorian Kira loft was built with the adult in mind measuring 6'D x 10' W. The design allows for adults to play in the loft with their children. They can even sleep their if they wish! This Custom Playhouse could easily turn into a guest cottage after the children have grown up.
The playhouse also has an electric fireplace with custom built mantel and surround as well as a fire pole and running water! Victorian Kira has custom painting throughout. From the exterior to the furniture on the interior, Victorian Kira is filled with custom painting and custom ideas. The customers choose the paint colors, furniture and theme.
