Samantha's Stuga Cottage in Minnetonka, MN was designed after another
Custom Playhouse the Swedish Stuga. Similar in design, but custom
details make Samantha's Stuga Cottage another striking addition to our
Custom Playhouses.
On the exterior you will see the Two stone pillars
creating the welcoming front porch. Custom shutters adorn the custom
operational windows throughout for use on those hot summer days.
Our customer chose custom colors that would compliment their style and
environment. The cedar shingles give Samantha's Stuga a cottage feel. A
custom operat
 ional Dutch loft window allows breezes to enter in to the
loft area while playing or sleeping. Beautiful Flower boxes are filled
with fragrant flowers to
 compliment this Custom Playhouse. An electrical
package completes the playhouse to allow functioning lights as well as a heater or air conditioning unit if so desired. The porch light and door
bell replicate the owners home completing the exterior amenities.
On the inside of Samantha's Stuga Cottage you
will see it is fully sheet rocked and insulated. The interior is painted in
three beautiful custom colors. There is also bead board
paneling surrounding the lower portion of the walls. An elegant operational electric
fireplace with a custom colonial surround.
The fireplace gives off heat to warm up the
 playhouse
on cool winter days. There is a large loft over the porch which extends into
the living
area.
The loft is large enough for two adults or three children. The electric
continues on the
 interior with
the electric fireplace, lighted sconces and matching ceiling chandelier.
A beautiful vinyl
wood look floor completes the interior of Samantha's Stuga Cottage.
