Lauren's
Kinder Haus is our newest addition to Custom Luxury
Playhomes.
This structure
is not small on size as it accommodates two rooms and a
loft. The exterior architecture
has a Dutch German European flare. With the European
barrel design roof each rafter was hand crafted
by our master craftsmen. Notice the rafter tails and hand
split cedar shi ngles.
Hand trawled stucco exterior with stucco stone faux
corners on all four corners of this playhome. This Haus has nine windows three
Custom French windows in the Bay all operational with
screens one in
the loft (notice Lauren in the window) and a window next to the
front Dutch entry door, windows on each side of the haus,
and 2 on the back side of the Kinder Haus.

window in the door is our most popular door for the
Kinder's so we make this Dutch door
standard on all our playhouses. Six
pair of cedar cottage shutters.
 Lauren
requested a porch so
we added a 7'x3'porch with
two cedar columns and surprised her with a custom porch swing
which completes the
exterior of this Luxury
Playhome. Our designers and artists went over the top in
the interior of
this Custom Playhouse. Starting when
you enter
the Kinder's Haus your imagination
soars. Staring in the kitchen the designers and artist
wanted to create for Lauren a 50's diner. The family
loved what we did take a look. The artist captured it with
her creative talent painting life like Coney Island
sandwich, Sub sandwich and hamburgers above each window
taking the place of curtains. Glazed and sprinkled
donuts surround each of the recessed lights in the
ceiling. On the walls notice the plate of spaghetti and
yummy
ice cream sundae, all the paintings
look so authentic your ready to place your order at
Lauren's 50's Diner. Orders can be placed at the pass
through arched
window on the kitchen side we have even included a drop
down serving counter next to the serving counter on
the wall is were the kitchen help will make note of the
order on the chalk Menu board. Washing the dishes or
storing all the pots and pans,
plates and soda cups won't be a problem as Lauren has
ample space in her new custom cabinetry designed and built
for this space. The Custom Kitchen includes a Country Ice
Box with magnetic doors to place all her orders on. Custom
stove with authentic but non-operational burners and
knobs. Custom Sink with authentic stainless
steel sink and faucets
non-operational but available with a plumbing package for
running water. Counter with ceramic tile. Custom broom
closet with shelves to store away all the cleaning
supplies. Lauren was so excited to find a new straw broom
in her broom closet that keeping her Kinder Haus clean is
a priority with her now,
Mom was so very proud. Mom stated "if only she would keep
her room this clean and tidy" To complete this custom
kitchen,
2 sets of over head custom cabinets on each side of the
sink assures ample room for tea cups, plates, and of
coarse snacks.
Finally to
make sure we at Custom Playhouses did not forget anything
we had to add the black and white checked floor to
complete Lauren's 50's Diner.

Entering the living/play area
and second room in Lauren's Kinder
Haus she has quite the imagination and loves to play spy
detective, hide and seek, she likes to get down and catch
bugs and most of all take imaginative trips into outer
space as the custom painting so well displays Lauren's
imagination and love for creative play. Entering the
living room you will find the artist canvas on each wall.
Lauren has a large window seat below can be used for
storage or a hiding space for
all those spy gadgets
she must have. This owner chose hardwood floors for the
living/play area. The loft has been painted with a feel of  meadows
and all that grows and
crawls including beautiful butterflies, geckoes, scary
lizards, and all kinds of friendly bugs. A must have Fiber
Optic panel with twinkling stars and constellations to
wish upon a star and make all her dreams come true located
in the ceiling of the loft. Because at Custom Playhouses
we make all dreams come true. The
window seat and loft floor will be
adorned with grassy look cushions.
