This adult sized Audrey's Cottage is deluxe in size as well as amenities. It includes a sliding glass door, full size adult Dutch door with speakeasy, ten windows, eyebrow decorative window, beautiful full staircase inside, electricity and sconces. Our playhouses are built with our customers needs in mind. This grandmother wanted a beautiful place to spend time with her grandchildren. Complete with large inside areas for playing games and having tea parties. Grandma can join in the fun. There is plenty of room for her and her growing family to have sleepovers together and birthday parties. A beautiful staircase leads to the adult sized loft where Grandma can snuggle with her little ones all through the night.

The plans for landscaping have the children in mind as well. Featuring stamped mushroom paved sidewalks, a Billy Goats Gruff culvert and stamped concrete roadways for mini car and truck races. Imagine this cottage in your back yard for adults only! Complete with kitchenette, wet bar, spa or sauna, fireplace, air conditioning, wall mounted Television with a bedroom loft above. Our Custom Playhouses have been used for offices, guest cottages, gardening, entertainment areas, game rooms, spa houses, sauna huts, and exercise rooms. The opportunities are endless.
