Luke's Cape Cod
Luke's Cape Cod measures 8'W x 11'6''D x 10'6" high, including a 3'6" porch with columns. The playhouse is sided in dutch lap siding and the roof includes asphalt shingles. The dormer windows are hand crafted in our studio and made of Lexan with screens. They are functional allowing fresh breezes to enter during the summertime. A Dutch entry door and flowerboxes are nice additions to this cape cod style. The interior is insulated and has drywall to be finished to the customers liking. The loft is complete with rails and ladder allowing adults and children to sleep comfortably. The floors have a wood finish. All you need is a few children and a lot of imagination to enjoy Luke's Cape Cod.
