The structure includes a 3' porch. Our kits are available in three sizes as shown below. All these sizes include a 3' porch in the dimensions given. Any adjustments to the plans below are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Due to shipping weight and expense, Kit does not include nails, fasteners, hardware, shingles, tar paper or foundation. These items can be purchased at a local home improvement store.

Does not include any hurricane or earthquake hardware. Sole responsibility of the customer.
