Q: How do I receive prices?
A: Go to our prices page. There you will find starting prices for our products. Specific price quotes can be given by calling our office at 651-464-7067

Q: What is included in the base price of a Custom Playhouse?
A: A fully constructed Custom Playhouse constructed by a master craftsman. It is sided with hardboard, log siding, or Staccato. The roof is shingled with 25 year asphalt shingles or Steel. It has a custom crafted Dutch entry door with keyed lock. The playhouse has three aluminum glass windows with screens. The playhouse also comes with a porch/railing or landing. The exterior is painted in two custom colors. Log siding is stained and sealed. Exterior amenities (flower boxes, shutters, mailbox). UNFINISHED interior ready for your finishing.

Q: Do you sell plans?
A: At this time we do not sell plans for our Custom Playhouses or our Pre-Built Kits.

Q: Do you sell kits?
A: Our Sweet Petite Pre-Builts are in a panelized kit form that is shipped to you in sections that are put together by two adults in about 1 hour. Within this next year we will be offering a few of our Custom Playhouse designs in kit form including all the material and plans. Watch our website for more details.

Q: What are the prices for your options?
A: The prices for the options depends on the size of structure you are looking at building. Many of our option prices vary according to the size of the playhouse. This makes is difficult to give specific prices on each of our options. When you have decided on a structure size and style of Custom Playhouse, we ask you which options you would like. At that time we present a proposal containing all the options you have requested and quote you a price on the structure in its entirety.

Q: How do I receive shipping/delivery information?
A: If you would like information about shipping our Pre-Built Kits, simply click on the e-mail address at the top of each Pre-Built Kit page that says kitship@customplayhouses.com and you will be sent to your e-mail. Click send and in a matter of minutes check your e-mail for the information. If you are looking for shipping quotes for our Custom Playhouses, please call our office at 651-464-7067. You will need to provide us with the following information: Full name, full mailing address including postal code (We are unable to give quotes to P.O. Boxes).

Q: How are your Custom Playhouses shipped/delivered?
A: They are shipped by common carrier. They are shipped on a flat bed truck. They cannot be more than 8ft wide. Generally we build our Custom Playhouses 11ft High. Any playhouse built over 10ft require special permits. When the playhouse is delivered, there must be a forklift arranged on the customers end for removal and locating the playhouse. In order for the playhouse to be delivered, there must be a large area on either side of the residence for the delivery. We do ship to other countries and overseas.

Q: Do you build on site?
A: Custom Playhouses travels across the U.S. building playhouses on site. One of the most frequently built on site playhouses is our Victorian Ashlynn, due to the size and height of the turret. Ground transit is available, but due to the size of the structure it requires special shipping permits. Some customers have to have their playhouse built on site due to the location of their home and the location of the playhouse. If we are not able to deliver the playhouse fully constructed due to fencing or property lines, we build the playhouse on site.

Q: How are your Pre-Built Kits delivered/shipped?
A: If you live in 35 mile radius of St. Paul, MN or Minneapolis, MN; we will deliver and set up your Pre-Built Kit. If you live outside the state of Minnesota, we ship our Pre-Built Kits either assembled or unassembled to your residence by common carrier van or flatbed. There are two people required to remove the Kit at the time of delivery. If the Kit is delivered assembled, a forklift is required at the time of delivery.
