This 8'W x 10'D x 10' 6"H Cottage design is similar to our Amelia's Cottage but has many of its own unique qualities. This Custom Playhouse was designed for a customer in Northern California. It is complete with a Bluff-Stone chimney in front, shutters, functional windows, cedar shakes, skylight, running water, Dutch door and Bluff-Stone Corners. The interior of this design is finished, unlike Amelia's Cottage. Emma's Cottage has insulated and sheet rocked walls that are textured. The custom paint was chosen by the customer with complimentary shades of green, a chair rail and Pergo floor to complete the interior. There is a skylight in the main part of the playhouse along with a loft. The customers chose a bluff-stone fireplace and a Custom sink with running water and storage below.
