Dutch Colonial Matthew
8'W x 11'D x 10'6" High

This Dutch Colonial was custom designed to mimic mom and dad's house. Style, color exterior, cedar shakes, octagon window, columned porch just to mention a few similarities. These three sisters love the large loft, interior light, hardwood floors, and opening and shutting the windows. Most enjoyable is the ringing the doorbell.
