Our Little House of Dreams rests with its new
family in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. This luxury Custom
Playhouse was inspired by the families summer home the
Casa del Sueño.
Nestled in the trees you will find its replica
Casita del Sueño.
We have included beautiful pictures of the summer home as
well as the portions of the home we replicated based
around the homes architecture.
This Custom Playhouse is unique in its
exterior
design as well as in it interior design. In viewing our
site you will
not
find another Custom design quite like this one. The colors
of the playhouse mimic the exterior colors of the
Casa del Sueño.
With its stucco finish, Simulated Limestone
windows and sills, Clover
leaf windows, Gable rectangle windows, Clay tiled roof,
Romeo & Juliet Terrace, French arched
entry door with inlaid wood square pegs, Copper top
chimney, turret and finial. You will find we replicated
every minute detail. Our replication continues on the
interior, a beautiful turret with a
pickled
wood ceiling and matching iron chandelier,
Window seat, antique Hard wood flooring through out,
Forged iron hardware, Simulated Limestone electric
fireplace and Spanish iron lighting sconces. There was no
stone left
unturned in the design and construction of the
Casita del
Sueño
There are some unique qualities to the playhouse

you will not find in the
Casa del Sueño.
As you would
imagine everything is designed based around our special
little customers.
There is a hologram electric
fireplace that produces heat, electric doorbell, window
seat with storage
beneath, a custom
Wrought iron railing area with wood ladder that holds
adults as well as children, even a kitchen area complete
with custom appliances and country hutch. This was a dream
come true.
Your child can even invite you in for morning coffee and
afternoon tea. You
could be invited in for a sleepover with our large
interior lofts custom fit for your families needs. We
