Our new replica located in beautiful historic downtown Orlando Florida. The Brooklyn Manner was designed and built for a set of twins 1 little princess and 1 little prince. The exterior was replicated with Spanish miniature clay tile. The grand entrance is hand carved with matching sconce entry fixture and of coarse a working doorbell. Stucco hand trawl exterior. Matching Polonium windows and arched cottage shutters including shutter dogs. The Brooklyn Manner can come complete with matching Porte Cochere (portico). Our little clients have a large terrace up top of the Portico which they enter from the loft inside through the arched terrace door. This adds additional play space. The Porte Cochere was replicated after the main home with matching ridge poles. Notice the attention to detail of design through out this Custom Playhome. The twins love driving their little cars in and out of the Porte Cochere and the ramp has been a big fascination. The interior is tastefully complete with insulation, electricity, A/C wall unit, drywall, textured walls, trim around the door, windows, and floor base. The Brooklyn Manner was replicated right up to the architectural meditation beamed ceilings with matching chandelier. Custom Playhouses replicated the Polonium windows which were hand crafted in our studio by our master craftsmen. All our windows installed at Custom Playhouses are operational with screens. The loft is custom designed with hand made wrought iron railing and wood ladder. A custom half round loft door leads our little twins out to a wrought iron terrace for extra play space and great adventure. The floor chosen for this beautiful replica is of hardwood oak stained in a Spanish meditranium color. These little twins have spent endless hours in their new Custom Playhouse with mom and dad as their first visitors. All visitors must ring the door bell to be granted entrance to their new luxury playhome . The twins had a big morning watching their Custom Playhouse installed they needed a nap but a soon as nap time was over the first thing they wanted was to go out and play in their new Custom Playhouse.
