Amelia's Cottage

This beautiful cottage design measures 8'W x 8'D x 10'6"H. It looks as though it belongs deep in the woods. It comes straight from a storybook with its Hansel and Gretel design. This playhouse is finished with Stucco siding and stone corners. It has a cedar shake roof and a darling stone chimney to match the stone corner accents. The roof line sweeps to give it a cottage feel. The keyed entry rounded Dutch door with pie rail and speakeasy window match the roundness in the chunky window trim. The flowerboxes with brackets help to accent this little house. The windows open inside to allow for screens on the exterior. The owners provided antique hardware for this cottage. There is a vintage mailbox, antique exterior and interior light fixtures and antique doorknob w/ Church key. The interior is filled with antique furniture and pictures, including an antique mantel. The interior was left unfinished except for the pine hardwood floor. This little cottage is complete with an electrical package allowing all the antique fixtures to illuminate in the evening. |
