Adam Cape Cod

This European Cape Cod measures 8'W x 11'6''D x 10'6" high, including a 3'6" cedar porch. European cedar scallop trims this Playhouse along with cedar board & baton siding. The dormer windows along with the Dutch side loft window are hand crafted in our studio and made of Lexan with screens. Add a Dutch entry door with peak door. Inside finished with wood flooring & trap door in the floor. Finished walls with pine sheathing. All of this turns this Custom Playhouse into a Dutch Cape Cod with a European flare.
