Amazing!! From the first time I called Custom Playhouses, it was
amazing. I loved the idea of a family owned business and they were so
sweet to answer all of my questions and make our theme bed customized
for my three sweet babies!! I definitely recommend the "White Glove"
treatment. It was comforting to know that the people who built the
house were the ones putting it together. Our family's new home is
still under construction with a move in date of May 18th. We are
going to surprise Elizabeth (9), Caroline (6) and William (3) with
this fun playhouse set up in their playroom. The greatest thing is
that my new friends at Custom Playhouses are just as excited as we are
to see the looks on their faces when they see it for the first time.
I am going to forward pictures and video of this wonderful
event. Thanks so much for everything. This will be a dream come true
for my children and give them years of fun. Jason and I have already
"played house" in it. We're so excited for the big day! We'll keep

Built for a customer in Texas. This Theme Bed was built to accommodate a
full size bed. Blair's Cottage has custom painting done by our artist.
The Theme bed was personalized just for Blair with her name above the
door. The interior was also painted with a leaf motif. Contact our
office today to personalize your own Theme Bed. This service is an
additional charge.
Amazing!! The best
present for the whole family!! Exceeded our expectations...I could go on
and on... Thank you for a smooth delivery process and putting it
together was not a problem (with some great helpers of course). Here
are some pictures that are not too great of Blair and her cousin, Kaylee...I
will get better ones soon and send them to you.

Kristen's Cottage is custom painted with the owners name and address. It
also shows custom painting of stone bricks created by our artist. The
stairs were also custom painted to look like cobblestone. The interior
features custom painting resembling wallpaper. These options are

like a little cottage playhouse,
but hidden up the ladder in the
roof balcony is your child's bed! A
playhouse and sleeping quarters all
in one. This Cottage bed was built for indoor use in the customers great
room/Family room. It accommodates 8' ceilings. The lower portion
of the Theme Bed is designed with play in mind. Perfect for a tea party
or birthday celebration. The area below is open for your child's
imagination. Later in the evening after all the play is over, your child
and their friends can climb up the ladder to the sleeping area. The bed
is also designed
to
have the sleeping area on the bottom and play area in the balcony.
The Theme Bed is offered painted or unpainted. This c
cottage
was painted especially for this little
customer by an artist. Complete with Ladder, sleeping area, play area, windows,
flowerboxes, Dutch door, and cedar shakes. Any child would love
bedtime if they had their own
little cottage to snuggle up in!
New
this year notice our stairs on Julia's Cottage. Need more drawer
space, we have now made the stairs to open this bed has several drawers.
When ordering stairs with drawers now you can order the stairs or slide
tower to have 6 drawers each and/or the stairs to open to give an
additional 6 drawers.
We
have constructed the stair drawers with an automatic closer and hidden
drawer knobs for more safety. Julia's Cottage was custom designed and
painted to match the decor in her room, drapes and bedding.
Custom Playhouses were sent the fabric samples and our artist
painted the interior to match. Take notice of the thatched roof instead
of the cedar shingles. 
Another
quality designed product for our clients. Now you can order indoor play
structures for either playrooms, commercial children's party rooms. We
have many request for taller and larger structure for indoor play
area's. This Cottage was custom designed for a 3 children's new
playroom. This Cottage sits right outside the children's bedrooms.
Upstairs
where mom has designed and created her children's very own space with in
the family's new home. Today family's are going towards larger homes and
designing private spaces for the children. What wonderful family values
each family is instilling along with beautiful memories of growing up.

loft up top is 3" thick and will hold mom, dad and children.
Our stairs and slide are quality made with mom and dad in mind. Custom
painted to accent the new playroom with white picket fence. Mom designed
the playroom this way to add the feeling of being outdoors.
Mom and dad already have a sleep out planned in the playroom the night
the children move in. This family is very family oriented. Our staff was
so excited to design and build this new play structure for Elizabeth,
