Standard Assembly Kit Includes

• Four pre constructed panels

• Two piece roof section with pre-hung cedar shakes and frieze

• Pre-hung Dutch door, windows, shutters, roofing, siding, roofline frieze and picket fence

• Pre-drilled holes for mailbox, flower boxes, chimney and flower boxes (not pre-hung due to shipping purposes)

• Chimney, mailbox, flower boxes, and roof cap are applied after assembly

• All materials and hardware provided to assemble your playhouse kit

• No cutting, measuring, carpentry skills or additional materials needed

• Tools required for assembly: electric or manual drill

Kit Weights:

• 4x4 Toddler Kit: 350 lbs. Assembly time: 1/2 hour-1 hour (1-2 adults)              

• 6x6 Kits: 900-1200 lbs (depends on options and style) Assembly time: 1-2 hours (2-3 Adults)

Kits are shipped by common carrier, ground transit, ship and air.
