The Sweet Petite Dutch Colonial is one of our larger Pre-Built Kits. The Pre-Built kit is available in  your choice of five Color Packages. This customer requested custom colors of all white walls and trim with accent color in sweet pink .The Dutch Colonial Sweet Petite has a 6'W x 2'D Colonial Column porch with bead board ceiling and cedar flooring. Amenities for this model include 4 operational windows with screens. 3 pre-built flower boxes, 2 pair of pre-built shutters, Dutch entry door with brass mail slot, brass kick plat and door bell. Asphalt shingles is our standard or choose cedar shingles for an upgrade, roof vent, decorative cedar shingles in gable on back wall. The interior is finished in white with  simulated hardwood floors, loft over porch and detachable ladder, and an operational skylight. The Dutch Column porch comes standard on this Sweet Petite.  The Pre-Built Kit arrives in 8-10 pre-built panels with the door and windows pre-hung.
