The Cape Cod Play Structure

A 2005 addition to our Custom PlayDecks. The Cape Cod Sweet Petite Playhouse is placed upon one of our custom PlayDecks in beautiful Florida. The Cape Cod has an upper and lower deck with plenty of playroom underneath. There is a ladder leading up to the upper deck and playhouse. Stairs lead to the lower deck for more play space. The children can quickly escape this lower deck by way of a wave slide. The decks are completely enclosed for safe play. There is plenty of room to add a table and chairs to have lunch or a snack. The playhouse is situated against the rail on the upper deck to allow plenty of walking space as well as room to get in and out of the Cape Cod Sweet Petite. Any of our Sweet Petite models can be added to our custom PlayDecks. The Cape Cod is unique in design with functional windows with screens, flowerboxes, dormers, cedar shakes and shutters. It is possible to add electricity to add a working doorbell and lights. The interior was unfinished in this Cape Cod Sweet Petite. There is the option of finishing the interior with sheetrock and decorating any way you would like. Our Sweet Petite Cape Cod comes with a loft for sleeping or playing. All the furniture you see was purchased by the customer. We have own own line of furnishings to complete your playhouse. Because our PlayDecks are custom, we can build anything you can imagine.
Under the Cape Cod Play Structure you will find a beautiful porch swing. We also carry many accessories that can be added to any of our Custom PlayDecks. There are different slides, rock climbing walls and swings that could easily be added as the children get older. This PlayDeck contains a Sweet Petite Playhouse with upper and lower lofts, Ladder, Monkey bars, Double porch swing, 2 belt swings, tire swing, wave slide, corkscrew climber. There is plenty of room to add a large sandbox. It is also possible to enclose the underside of the lower deck to create another enclosed play area. The ideas are limitless.
