- Warranties apply on all items. Each
item warranty is different. Call for specific details.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
& customer pays return freight.
- Return within 30 days of purchase
date in Original Condition & Packaging.
- Minnesota State residents will be
charged sales tax.
- We are unable to ship to a PO Box
or an APO address. We do apologize.
- International: We can not ship
internationally at this time. We CAN ship to a freight forwarder
of your choice.
Shipping
Information
General delivery time is within 10 business days. Most items ship
via UPS or Fed Ex. We do utilize freight forwarders for larger
items. Typically Freight companies contact you to set up a delivery
time convenient for you. NOTE: OVERSIZED FREIGHT DELIVERY IS CURB
SIDE ONLY. Drivers can charge a fee if you require them to bring the
item onto your property.
How
much is shipping?
Shipping is included on most items within the Contiguous 48 States.
What
if I need to return my order?
There are no returns accepted on any item. The manufacturer offers a
30 day replacement warranty against defects in materials and
workmanship. Please call us within five days of receipt to report
any damage. Customer responsible for all shipping charges.
- Please open and inspect
all items upon receipt. Any damages must be reported within 7
days.
- All returned items must be
in the original condition w/ packaging, literature, warranty, and
registration intact. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice
stating the reason for return.
- Email or call us to obtain
your return authorization number. Include your RA# on the shipping
label only. Packages without an RA# will be refused by our
warehouse. Do not write on the box or deface the product
packaging.
- Return shipping is at the
customer’s expense. Shipping and handling fees will not be
refunded. For your protection, you may wish to insure the package
when you mail or ship it back to us. BCA is not responsible for
the loss of or damage to any returned merchandise.
- Certain items will have a
restocking fee deducted from the refund or credit. Please refer to
individual item descriptions on the website for specifics. Any
items being returned that are over 30 days from the date received
are subject to a store credit refund upon approval. All items
being returned within 30 days, must have a Return Authorization
number on the mailing label. Please call or email us for your
Return Authorization number. Any items that have been discontinued
or are marked as closeout are final sales and cannot be returned
or exchanged. A 10% restocking fee will apply to items being
offered with Free Ground Shipping. This is in addition to the
regular return policy.
- Software, cassettes, DVD’s,
compact discs, books, and special orders are not returnable.
What
About Special order returns or refunds?
CANCELLATION AGREEMENT: If after the Rescission
period (3 days)
cancellation was to occur a cancellation fee of 10%
of the total contract plus the cost of material and labor will be
with held.
Refunds will be issued upon a signed Custom
Playhouses Cancellation Contract and refund will be in the form of
a Custom Playhouses business check.
Will I
be charged Sales Tax?
Sales tax will only apply to orders Shipped to Minnesota.
Is it
safe to use my credit card?
Yes, We are currently using PayPal as our shopping cart. We abide by
PayPal's user agreements.
What is your Privacy Policy?
Under no circumstances do we rent or sell information about our
customers to any outside third party. All personally identifiable
information is collected for our own purposes to help us better
shape our content to meet the preferences of our audience as well as
informing our customers of new products or sales.
